Winds shifted half of a home and metal building off their foundations and tossed steel beams into a residential area. ET just west of Interstate-75 before crossing through portions of Adel. The Georgia tornado had an estimated peak wind of 115 mph. Falling trees caused damage to several manufactured homes and vehicles. The tornado caused considerable damage to trees in the area, snapping and uprooting pine and oak trees. The Walton County tornado had a peak wind of 115 miles and touched down in the Driftwood Estates subdivision ofSouth Walton County. A third tornado, another EF-2, touched down in Cook County, Georgia. CT Sunday and an EF-1 tornado touched down in Wakulla County. Winds are expected to increase tonight and tomorrow as a cold front behind a line of thunderstorms approaches the area, bringing with it dangerous winds, according to the Florida Public Radio Emergency Network. The warning comes just two days after the National Weather Service confirmed three tornadoes touched down Sunday during another round of severe weather.
